THE POWER TO CHANGE EVERYTHING

THINKING OUT OF THE BOX, AND INTO THE RACK

The XPS Series is the platform for reinventing TT+ AUDIO power management. RDNet-connected amplifiers act as nodes in a networked sound system providing seamless control, routing and grouping of TT+ loudspeakers with virtually no limits. With the trusted RDNet management platform, the system designer now has complete flexibility in choosing externally amplified loudspeakers for its TT+ setup, balancing portability, weight, cabling, and system requirements.

POWER YOU CAN TRUST

Sound quality comes first in XPS. With its extremely high voltage rail design, XPS 16K provides high dynamic power ratings relative to average power output, enabling the channels to deliver high-amplitude long term bursts for massive dynamic headroom. The amplifier’s advanced electronic design has been developed to achieve ultra-low distortion.

FULLY SELF-PROTECTING AND DESIGNED ON AN “AUDIO-AT-ALL-TIMES” PRINCIPLE

XPS is self-protected and run even in challenging conditions. All fault protection features are implemented individually for each channel. The universal power supply adapts to a wide range of AC power, from 110 VAC single-phase to 380 VAC three-phase @50/60 Hz, allowing their use in many different countries and venues.

INTUITIVE OPERATION

A large 4.3’’ TFT color capacitive touchscreen provides full operational control of the amplifier. The user interface is clear and easy to navigate, providing large touch buttons and a practical edit knob, with high-contrast menus designed to avoid any ambiguity in very bright, or sunny environments. Proprietary RDNet Over Ethernet Management Network and OSC protocol compatibility allow the sound system engineer to have complete remote control of the amplifier.

FINE TUNING FEATURES

The XPS digital architecture features advanced proprietary FiRPHASE filters, BMC woofer excursion management, fine-tuning algorithms such as BASS Shaper, Air Compensation and Mid-Low Correction. The amplifier includes multiple output delays of up to 4000 ms in increments of 0.10 ms and various filters and crossovers, such as Dynamic PEQ and High/Low-pass filters.

DIGITAL SIGNAL PROCESSING

Combining high-quality AD/DA converters at 96 kHz, two 40-bit floating-point SHARC DSP chips running at 96 kHz for audio processing and two more 32-bit DSP chips for signal routing, the internal DSP board ensures linear and low-noise operation over the entire frequency range.

The comprehensive digital architecture of the amplifier features multiple inputs and outputs that can be routed easily to suit any project. Analog inputs 3 and 4 can be switched to 4 AES/EBU digital input ports. Each input can be routed to any of the four digital and power outputs. Dante networking delivers completely lossless audio and near infinite signal routing flexibility on a standard IP network.
